Brentwood MBK Chapter Serves Others on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

The Brentwood Chapter of My Brother's Keeper (MBK) was busy on Monday, despite being off from schoolwork.

In the spirit of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and in service to others, the chapter gathered at Pronto of Long Island on Pine Aire Drive to commit to a day of helping the needy.

Students from the high school, Freshman Center, and middle schools participated in accepting donations to be distributed to those in the community who are in need of winter supplies. These donations included hats, scarves, and personal hygiene items. The students also helped to clean up the back parking lot of Pronto so that these donations could be made properly.
